Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final for all products and services, unless otherwise noted on the specific product page.  There are no returns or refunds with live plants. However, if there is a problem or an item arrives damaged (this does not include minor imperfections such as small spots, streaks, or slight color shade variations) Some exceptions can be made for orders where items arrive damaged due to our packaging, however this is based on the discretion of Redeeming Eden.  For refunds or returns,  Please follow the refund/return instructions included in your package if applicable.


We use third-party carriers to deliver our products.  Your Product will arrive via USPS, FED EX. UPS, DHL, or ON-TRAC, and thus Redeeming Eden is not responsible for their mistakes.  Free Local or Domestic shipping applies to all products that indicate "Free Shipping" to the contingent 48 states.

Redeeming Eden wants to provide you the best possible products and services it may offer, due to the nature of live plants, additional time may be needed to procure the best possible plants from local farms should we deem it necessary to do so to ensure freshness and quality.  Due to this reason, please give us 3-5 to prepare your package and order for shipping. We typically hold shipping on orders placed on Thursdays for shipping the following Monday unless that is an observed Holiday. This is due to to couriers holding shipments over the weekend. We do this to prevent that.
